Exchanges

We do allow exchanges when the rug you have purchased does not fit your horse or pony. However, please ensure that you try the new rug on over a summer sheet so that you get as little hair on the new rug as possible. We CANNOT exchange rugs that are filled with horse hair, as we need to be able to sell these on.

Exchange Requirements

  • Email us at returns@canterforcancernz.nz with your request
  • Please have your order number in the email and your shipping address
  • You will be required to take a photo of the interior of the rug before sending back to us to confirm the rug is in exchangeable condition and attach to your email
  • You will need to post the rug back in its original bag at your expense to Canter for Cancer NZ, 279 Jackson Road, Hamurana, RD6, Rotorua 3096 with a note inside stating the size rug you'd like to exchange yours for
  • We will then assess the rug on our end and post back to you the asked for size. Thank you!
  • Note: We do NOT do exchanges on Clearance or Seconds items

 

Faults

Occasionally we have people come to us with a fault in one of our products. We require a few things from you before we can process your request:

Fault Exchange/Return Requirements

  • Email us at returns@canterforcancernz.nz with your request
  • Please have your order number in the email
  • You will be required to take a photo or several photos of the fault from different angles and attach to your email
  • Please tell us how you noticed the fault, how long you have had the product or how it developed or your experience in detail in the email so we have all the information
  • We will then get back to you to discuss. Thank you!
  • Note: We do NOT accept returns on Clearance or Seconds items

In the event of an item needing to be returned or refunded, here is our return policy:
